Hi Laura, I will gladly share the secrets of safe ATM (ass to mouth) fucking! When a scene is booked, it is determined what type of scene it will be ahead of time; we pornstars know when we will be taking it up the ass, so precautions are taken. My personal routine is as follows: I fast (clear liquids only) for 24 hours prior to my anal scene.
