Josh, there are so many factors that come into play when we start talking about penile problems! Everything from diet, physical well-being, health of the relationship between you and your partner, medication, outside stresses, age, and so on and so on can affect your cock. Is this a new development, or have you always had a "lazy cock"? Are you able to regain rigidity? Do you have this problem consistently or sporadically?
