I was just reading in your q &A that industry girls use cosmetic wedges when on their period, and the difficulty removing them. As we have communicated before, I was a Women's Health (among other areas) R.N. and I have a tip for you. Tie the "fuzzy" part of Super Dental Floss well around the middle of the sponge. Once you insert it, or when you get used to the correct length for you, trim it off so it doesn't show. If you know you will use more than one, tie the strings together. It is easier to feel for the strings and pull them out like a tampon than chance leaving one in. They can be counted when you take them out this way.
